January is also synonymous with a very important mental health awareness campaign called ''Bell Let's Talk'' in Canada. Since this campaign first launched, a lot has been done in Canada to tear down the stigma of reaching out for help. Just like this campaign was impactful in our lives, we believe the 4MIND Project has a place to break the stigma of mental health in sport.
Through our social channels we rolled out fun facts about our 2021 roster and staff. Hopefully, you got to know every member of the international squad a little more.
