It is a pleasure to begin the year with our first of a series of monthly newsletters to update sponsors, partners and fans on everything Veloselect.

Here is our team jersey. As seen, there is still some room on the jersey and some great partnerships are yet to be announced. We would like to thank everyone involved for helping team management prepare clothing for the first races of the year.

Riders are preparing their 2019 season which is fast approaching. Ryan is training in San Diego. Michael and Matthew are both clocking in the kilometers in Florida after a great cyclocross season! Alexandre is riding in the miserable Northern Continental European climate. The rest of us are fighting the rough Canadian climate with some nordic activities, gym work and many hours on the turbo trainer. Even our mentor Czeslaw put on his leggings and rides in snow and ice Eastern Block style training.

The first big objective for the team is coming up quickly at the Joe Martin Stage Race in Arkansas (April). We will then be looking to prepare for the Tour of the Gila in New Mexico (Mai). Final team selection for this UCI events will be announced shortly. We will shortly be announcing complete season calendar.

Riders will be present at the Montreal, Quebec city and Ottawa bicycle shows to represent Spiegel and Lacasse. We are looking to gain some traction for our sponsors and create a great buzz around the team at these important events.

Final dates for the team presentation in Montreal will be announced shortly also.
