Here is my plan for today:

8:00 AM Breakfast – 90g of carbs: 150g yogurt + 50g of cereal + 100g of fruit + 50g bread w/ 15g of jam

10:00 Look through the course on veloviewer.com

11:00 Pre race meal – 90g of cabs: 275g of rice, 2-egg omelette

12:15 Drive to the start

13:00 Get skinsuit, clothing, and equipment set up

13:33 Start warm up

13:58 Finish warm up, eat in race fuel – 90g of carb: 1 Nduranz Gel, 1 Nduranz 45mix, and head to start

14:13 Start race

14:58 Finish

15:10 Finish, shower, recovery meal: 150 g of carb – Fanta & Burrito prepared by our chef Olga

15:30 Drive back to race hotel

16:30 Massage with Disco, my soigneur

19:30 Dinner: 210g of Carb – soup, 150g of Chicken, 300g of rice, 50g bread w/ 2 tbsp of honey, maple baked apricot parfait (57g carb)
