Here is what we found about Lyne's 2000 season. Starting with the most recent races.

Lyne ended her season at the World Championships in Plouay, France on October 14. She didn't finish the race (as Jeannie Longo, Ceris Gilfillan and many others). She explained later I made an error. I had good legs for this race but I got cold because of the rain. I was not dress for that.

- 22nd, in the same time than the Gold Medal Winner at Sydney's Olympic Games on September 25
- third of the last stage and second at general at the Killington Stage Race on September 4 (all the results in French)
- winner of the third stage and fourth at the general at the Grand Prix féminin international du Québec on August 27 (all the results in French and many photos)
