Jay, my 12 year old nephew told me: "Aunt Elise, I had to give up
a track and field event for this family gathering… may I ask you a favour?"
Me: "Of course. What’s up?"
Jay: "Can we go for a run together?"
Oh my! I’ve been waiting years for this moment. Almost had a tear in my eye.
The goal was 11km in 1h15, we did 1h 11 ! Whohoo! I was super proud of him.
