After being bed sick for a full week, it was pretty hard to go outside for a run this weekend. Coughing non stop combined with the cold air was not pleasant… Still made the effort and ran 72km for the weekend. And given the circumstances, a chip time of 2h43 at Around the Bay was much faster than expected!

It was great to have my pre race dinner with Bernard Audet and Michel Jacques, 2 great runners from Quebec. And as always, it was fun to catch up with my ultra running peeps!
